In late 2012 we helped one of our clients achieve planning permission for a new driveway access to their house from a busy main road, the drawings below illustrate how the scheme will be set out and how it will impact upon the house.
The house was originally accessed from the rear, through a narrow shared vehicular access, that was difficult to negotiate in a car and left no room for pedestrians.
A new access was proposed essentially turning the house around, so that access can be achieved from the main road. As seen below.
The drawings below show the new access arrangement.
Our client will now have a safe private access into his property.
